Electromechanica designed and delivered a custom turn-key test system for functionally testing neurostimulator components during manufacturing. This PLC based test system automatically engages a pallet of devices under test (DUT) and performs a series of 24 tests to verify the performance of the neurostimulator.

The test system incorporates a unique alignment & support system to position the DUT and bring an array of test pins into contact with the test points. A PLC control system and touch screen HMI control all fixture functions. Custom signal conditioning and switch matrix electronics were designed to meet critical test requirements
