Electromechanica designed a system to automatically dial test combinations on electronic lock systems to verify functionality. The system automatically calibrates the lock being tested and can then run high cycle count functional tests. The test is executed and test data is collected through the LabVIEW based system.

Part of this design included the fabrication of a 2 DOF rotational joint with near zero backlash and a custom 2 channel pneumatic slip ring spindle.
